Work that ships. Not just slides.
We are a lean consulting practice. That means more ownership, more client contact, and a short path from deciding something to building it.
Direct work. Real outcomes.
At this stage, we are a boutique practice operating with a very short chain of command. You work directly on client problems and you present your own work. Engagements produce tangible output in three to four weeks: process redesigns, implemented AI tools, working dashboards.
Our practice covers three areas: process optimization, AI adoption, and business intelligence. Work tends to span all three. You will rarely be siloed into one type of analysis or one type of output.
This is not the right environment if you want a large cohort, a structured training programme, or a predictable career ladder. It is the right environment if you want to move fast, develop real client skills early, and work on problems that matter to the companies behind them.
Analytical rigor. Practical instinct.
- Structured thinking You can break a messy problem into parts, figure out which parts matter, and work from there. Framework-first when it helps, not as a reflex.
- Ownership mindset You work out the next step yourself. When you hit a blocker, you surface it early and bring a suggestion for how to get around it.
- Clear communication Written and verbal. Client-facing. You know the difference between what is interesting and what is relevant, and you lead with the latter.
- Honest about what you know A small team depends on accurate signals. We would rather hear "I'm not sure" early than "I thought I had it" late.
